The next few nights will be allll about addresses! Oh boy!
By the way, do any of you know of particular etiquette for addressing Save the Dates or is that pretty much reserved for the real invitation?

So, for the Save the Dates, I think you need to add the children's names as well (if you are allowing kids) or say The _______ Family. I didn't do that on a bunch of them and my mom suggested that I change it. Better to be safe than sorry on that. But besides that, I think informal is ok on the STD. Get formal for the invitation.

I chose to be pretty formal with my save the date addresses but know a lot of people aren't as formal.
I wrote them "Mr and Mrs Bob Smith" similar to the invitation but many girls I know just wrote "Mr and Mrs Smith.
Totally up to you and the vibe you are feeling!

We just sent out our save the dates. I did The _______ Family for a lot, or if it was a couple that lived together I put both names. For couples that didn't, I still put both names. Supposedly, any single save the dates are supposed to say "And Guest" on the envelope but I thought it looked weird so I opted not to. I am going to put and guest if they get one on the invite [which, most people aren't because I'm only inviting people I know to my wedding!] lol
